At Tervoa INC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for orders placed on tervoa.com.

30-Day Return Window

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.

How to Start a Return

Email info@tervoa.com or call 1 (272) 394-7125 with your order number.
Our support team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide a prepaid return label for U.S. orders.
Pack the item securely and ship it back within 14 days of receiving the RMA.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Items marked as final sale or clearance
Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing components not due to shipping
